Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Keysignal (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. Keysignal is operated by Keysignal, Ontario, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

What Keysignal provides

Keysignal is a keyword research tool that provides directional autocomplete demand signals and separate competition heuristics for the App Store and Google Play when those sources are available. Signals are sourced from third-party store endpoints and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that using any keyword will result in improved app rankings or downloads.

Your account

• —You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• —You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• —One account per person. You may not share accounts.
• —You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Free and Pro plans

Keysignal offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan allows up to 10 saved keywords. The Pro plan offers unlimited keyword saves, CSV export, and additional features.

We reserve the right to change the features included in each plan with reasonable notice. Changes will be communicated by email or via the site.

Payments and billing

• —Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select.
• —Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
• —All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• —Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@keysignal.app. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to Keysignal in a way that places excessive load on the service
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service
• —Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• —Resell or redistribute Keysignal data without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Keysignal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that keyword signals will be available or accurate at all times. Source observations may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keysignal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
